About Me

Hey there! I'm JB, and I'm excited to share a bit about myself with you. As a seasoned HR professional and experienced recruiter with decades of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to the table.

Having worked in both corporate and non-profit sectors, I've navigated through the highs and lows of the rough and tumble Alberta economy, including managing fast growth environments and weathering multiple downturns (that's life in YYC).

As an ICF certified coach, I'm dedicated to empowering individuals on their professional journeys. armed with an MA in leadership development from Royal Roads University, I'm deeply passionate about helping others unlock their full potential and thrive in their careers.

When I'm not HR'ing, I'm either hanging out with my partner Holly and our pups Lily & Daisy or I'm out on the trails enjoying a run or a hike. Live music is my passion (watching, not playing) and I'm a wee bit obsessed with Horror and Sci-Fi movies.
